- flexible approach to education tailored to individual needs and abilities of people with autism. Through various modalities of education of people with autism should be directed to the acquisition of knowledge that will enable you to independent life, including professional education
- commitment to respect the law on compulsory primary education and accessibility to all levels of education for people with autism according to their developmental needs and interests
- establish small business centers for autism at the local level
- creating the conditions to the right to work with support
- establishment of community home for supported living
- all forms of support to families in which a living person with autism
- compliance with legal obligations to provide health care to people with autism. Treatment and medical care should be in the best interests of the individual with all protective measures taken (protection from abuse and wrong application of drug therapy) according to international conventions
- creating opportunities for equal participation of persons with autism in the activities of society, and the use of all services available to other members of society
- defining the obligations of state and local authorities towards the Republican Association and local associations to help people with autism
- active participation of people with autism and their representatives in all decisions affecting them, through the institutions of the Republic and local associations to help people with autism
- creation of legal and other requirements that the Republican and local associations to help people with autism can participate in the establishment and management services and specialized institutions for autistic
- commitment that the State undertakes that all information concerning people with autism are very accessible to people with autism, or their legal representatives
- enactment of legislation to regulate bequest of property by parents, relatives or other persons on behalf of people with autism
- support for vocational training of persons engaged in autism
- organizing seminars TEACCH
